Devin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School at Babson College. Prior to purchasing J&J, Devin held management positions at Turner Construction, Ernst & Young, Bio-Rad, and Biogen. Devin purchased J&J in 2014 and has been enhancing the systems, processes, and culture required for growth and customer satisfaction. The company has recently developed a management team, implemented new software for quoting and scheduling, and obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification and ITAR registration. In addition to growing the company, Devin enjoys working with customers to meet their manufacturing and prototyping needs.
Troy’s passion for quality has been a constant throughout his career. Starting as an inspector for Digital Equipment Corp., Troy then studied Quality at Washtenaw Community College. He applied his knowledge of Quality at QED Environmental Systems for 21 years as they grew to become a premier manufacturer of environmental groundwater monitoring equipment. He has also worked in the ceramic semiconductor field at Prematech, as well as the aerospace/defense and medical industries. He has held the position of ISO representative and lead auditor at several of these companies. Troy has also been a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) since 1986. At J&J, Troy was instrumental in improving the quality standards, obtaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring our conformance to ITAR requirements, and embedding quality into the culture of the company
Ray has over 40 years of experience in the machining industry and has held leadership positions in administration, sales, and technical operations. Ray began his career as a programmer at Aerospace. After Aerospace, he joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Manufacturing Production Supervisor. From there, he gained industry experience at Damco, Altec, and Vulcan Industries. At Vulcan, Ray began as the Production Manager before becoming the Sales Manager as well as being an ISO representative and auditor. He studied Business Administration at Nichols College. As J&J’s Director of Sales, Ray enjoys maintaining relationships with J&J’s existing customers and developing connections with new customers as well.

Eric has spent most of his career in the manufacturing environment. From his first position at Cobham Defense Electronics, Eric moved to Raytheon where he enjoyed a long career working on defense technology. At Raytheon, Eric worked intensively in research & development, refining designs for improved efficiency. He then moved on to David Clark Aviation where he continued to strive for maximum efficiency. Eric holds an A.A.S in Mechanical Engineering from Central New England College. At J&J, Eric draws on his considerable manufacturing experience as an estimator and is often called upon to solve our customers’ complex manufacturing challenges.

Amy began her business career as a bookkeeper in the hospitality industry. After 10 years, she opened her own full-service Italian restaurant, which she successfully owned and operated for 15 years. After selling her business, Amy joined J&J, initially as a part-time bookkeeper, but quickly growing into her current role as the Director of Finance & HR. Amy enjoys utilizing her considerable business experience in the manufacturing environment and contributing to J&J’s growth and evolution.
