Meet the Team

Devin Brown

President / Owner


Devin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School at Babson College.  Prior to purchasing J&J, Devin held management positions at Biogen, Bio-Rad, Ernst & Young, and Turner Construction.  Devin purchased J&J in 2014 and has been enhancing the team, processes, culture, and equipment so that we provide high quality parts and excellent customer service.  Devin enjoys working with customers to address critical product development and manufacturing challenges.

Mary-Ellen Odone

Director of Finance and Human Resources


Mary-Ellen has extensive experience as a Finance and Human Resource professional.  Prior to joining J&J, Mary-Ellen worked at Beals and Thomas, Inc., a civil engineering and environmental consulting firm, for more than 30 years. A founding member of the firm, Mary-Ellen most recently served as Beals and Thomas’ Treasurer and Business Manager.  Mary-Ellen also has several years of experience overseeing administration and accounting activities.   As J&J’s Director of Finance and Human Resources, Mary-Ellen is responsible for the daily business operations of the company.

Ron Fournier

Director of Quality & Operations


Ron is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and the National Guard.  Following his military service, Ron spent close to 40 years in the precision machining industry, primarily focused on Lathe and Mill/Turn technologies.  Ron holds certificates in ASQC level 1 and level 2, is a certified mechanical and technical inspector, and holds an ASME certification in geometric tolerancing.  At J&J, Ron is responsible for the Lathe Department, Quality Department, and operations.

Michael Harrington

Director of Sales & Operations


Michael began his career as a precision mold maker working in the medical, aerospace, automotive, and consumer markets.  He utilized those skills building a new mold making division for Beverly Pattern.  As a technology consultant, Michael spent several years providing CAD/CAM, manufacturing, lean, process improvements, and IT expertise for companies throughout North America.  Michael enjoys collaborating with customers and providing positive outcomes for their complex and time sensitive projects.  In his current role at J&J Machine, Michael is responsible for quoting, mill programming and operations.  Michael holds an M.B.A. and MS in Operations and Project Management.

Ray Richard

Director of Sales


Ray has over 40 years of experience in the machining industry and has held leadership positions in administration, sales, and technical operations. Ray began his career as a programmer at Aerospace. After Aerospace, he joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Manufacturing Production Supervisor. From there, he gained industry experience at Damco, Altec, and Vulcan Industries. At Vulcan, Ray began as the Production Manager before becoming the Sales Manager as well as being an ISO representative and auditor. He studied Business Administration at Nichols College. As J&J’s Director of Sales, Ray enjoys maintaining relationships with J&J’s existing customers and developing connections with new customers as well.
